Christine Cooper-Chubb is a certified and licensed therapeutic Massage Therapist. She received her professional training at The College of Natural Therapies, The Kansas City School of Massage and earned her Masters Degree in Massage Therapy at The Rapheal University.
She has been practicing massage since 1988 and has owned her own business since 1999. She has received degrees in Swedish Massage Therapy, Structural Intergration, Reiki, La Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and has taken classes in reflexology, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy and Native American Healing techiques.
She is on a continued quest for information and knowledge on holistic healing methods. She believes that there are many different tools to help assist the body's inherent reparative capacities.
Christine enjoys helping people feel good. She believes that massages are one of the greatest stress relievers and one of the best feeling modalities in the world. "There is not too many things that make me feel as good as when a client comes to my Wellness Center stressed and in pain as when they leave floating on a wave of healing energy."
Christine enjoys Yoga, dancing, live music, the outdoors, traveling, bicycle riding and her dogs. She was married for 17 years until her husband passed away in 2009. She is now in a committed relationship and makes her home in Kansas City, Missouri and her business is in Lee's Summit, Mo.
She has been a recepient of Downtown Lee's Summit Main Street Volunteer of the the Year for two years in the past and loves her downtown, down-home community.
